THE FOUNDER’S STORY
THE PACT grew from the people who shaped how founder Leon Barnett-Smalls sees the world—from the vision of Langston Hughes and the resolve of Thurgood Marshall to his grandfather, Lou Smalls, the son of sharecroppers.
Chuck carries the dream. JR carries the steady belief that ideas become change through action. Each character honors the resilience, imagination, and friendship that keep a story moving forward.
“One collectible, one story, one dreamer at a time.”
Leon Barnett-Smalls Founder, THE PACT Collectibles
